    Thank you for visiting the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) page of Evolvent Discs AB (“Evolvent Discs”). Purchases made from any of our websites at is subject to the following terms and applicable laws. Your use and access of the Evolvent Discs Websites is also subject to these Terms and Conditions.


    Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. In the case of using our refund and returns policy, only the price of the item in question can be refunded. Repayment is made to the same account used at purchase, or given out as a credit receipt to be used at

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Products Marked “X-Out”

    Products sold as X-out are not subject for return, refund or any form of warranty. For all our products sold marked as X-out: By pressing the button “Complete purchase” in checkout you are accepting the product to be delivered “as is”.

    Some of the quality remarks for X-out are:

    • Occurrence of limited print attachment
    • Occurrence of distortions on the top of the disc
    • Occurrence of distortions on the rim

    International Orders

    We do not ship or bill orders from international addresses outside Sweden at this time.

    Integrity and Privacy Policy

    By pressing the button “Complete purchase” in checkout you are accepting our Terms & Conditions as well as Integrity and Privacy Policy.


    Cookies can be saved on your computer in connection with a purchase. Please note that we do not use cookies to gather information about you.

    Errors In Publication

    When printing incorrect prices or other errors in texts in newsletters or on our website, we reserve the right to correct prices and texts in retrospect. We also reserve the right to adjust prices, such as changes from our suppliers, shipping costs, currency fluctuations, inventory changes and technical errors on the website.


    Order Confirmation

    When you receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase that means your order has been accepted.

    Your order confirmation is sent from an automated database without any human supervision. In case of any inaccuracies, such as pricing errors, delivery times etc., we reserve the right to correct this retroactively. If you made a purchase without receiving an order confirmation, please start with checking your spam folder, otherwise contact customer service via (mark email topic with “Order Confirmation”).

    Change or Cancel Order

    To change or cancel your order, contact customer service at Please note that as a customer, you must contact us shortly after placing your order if you wish to modify or cancel it. We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or canceled. If your package has already been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make any modifications.

    Change Delivery Information

    It is not possible to change any delivery information if your order is shipped. However if your order isn’t shipped yet, it’s possible to change information such as address or name details.

    Age Restriction

    The age limit for online purchases is 18 years. If you are under 18 years old, parental approval is required.


    All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase and/or conduct further verification if fraud is suspected, even if it results in an extended delivery time.



    At the checkout, you have the opportunity to select the delivery method and the pick-up point for your package. Your package will then be sent to you using the chosen delivery method. If you do not choose a specific pick-up point for courier delivery, your package will automatically be directed to the nearest postal service point based on your postal code. If there is any issue with your item or if you have any questions regarding your delivery, feel free to contact our customer service.

    Please note that we are currently only providing shipping within Sweden.

    Delayed Delivery

    We always strive to contact you as soon as possible in occurrence of delayed shipment via mail or phone. We reserve the right that delayed deliveries can occur. In event of delay we do not pay any form of compensation. After checkout from you are obliged to track your emails regarding your order as all communications in connections to your order is communicated via mail.

    Unclaimed Package

    If you do not claim your package within specification, package will be returned to Evolvent Discs. Deliveries to pickup points are kept for 14 days before returned. We reserve the right to charge you with any cost or fees connected to the return shipment of an unclaimed package. You will be charged with a minimum cost of 149 SEK in case of an unclaimed package.

    Force Majeure

    Evolvent Discs reserve itself from the event of any operational error, Force Majeure, strike or delays tied to the shipper’s distribution network or any other unexpected event which can’t be controlled by Evolvent Discs.



    All prices on Evolventdiscs website are denominated in Swedish crowns (SEK) and include VAT (Swedish moms).

    Payment Methods

    We are using Klarna as payment solution and it’s therefore their payment solutions that are provided to you as a customer. When you are making a purchase at you are also accepting Klarna’s terms. Please contact Klarna regarding questions about payment.

    Discount Code

    Discount codes can’t be stacked or combined unless specified. All discounts have different terms and are valid during a limited time.

    Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms & Conditions and any other separate agreements where we provide you Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, excluding mandatory provisions of Swedish law and applicable EU directives.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolvent Discs is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages or costs, except from liability that follows from mandatory law.
